No matter the event you’re planning, there are so many options to choose from, whether it’s an amenity we offer or taking advantage of other businesses, such as The Van Cam. Quirky and funky meet an old school VW van when you get a few pics from this ingenious photo-booth! The bride and groom make quite the impressive duo, don’t you think? Incorporating those smaller details into your wedding or event will simply bring everyone together and keep the laughs and smiles coming.
Our gorgeous property is perfect for a rustic or sophisticated get together, depending on the overall vibe you’re seeking in your wedding or event. Our indoor and outdoor barns provide the highest protection from the elements, while also catering to any style, allowing for elegant lighting and decorations or keeping it simple with small ornaments and table arrangements. The beautiful garlands and greens pictured here from Garlands By Greenlund give a homespun and cozy feel to the space, inviting and warm.
Included in some of our event packages is our “Gather” kitchen, capable of cooking fine meals for your private or public party. This kitchen area includes a commercial stove and flat top grille, double oven and refrigerator, along with a daybed, seating area, TV and a paved patio with a fire pit. If it feels too troublesome to cook for your event, keep it simple by hiring caterers for smaller food items like mimosas and waffle pops from Flock Camper, or cupcakes from Sweet Cakes of Deland, as pictured above.
With Legacy at Oak Meadows, we can accommodate group sizes from 60 to over 250, depending on the event you are holding. Our rustic barns include cemented flooring, a “truck” bar inside, market lighting and a rock courtyard. Some packages include temperature controlled areas and access to all of the majestic and awe-inspiring grounds, including a dock on crystal clear waters, a picturesque swing, and a full kitchen area with a paved patio and fire pit.
