Our Packages

So Much More Than a Venue!

At Legacy at Oak Meadows, we have a deeply held “faith-rooted” conviction that marriage is a covenant between God, one man and one woman.  Our goal is to assist others who desire a strong marriage and legacy.  Because of our convictions, a percentage of our proceeds benefit organizations, like Legacy Housing and OneFamily, who support the Biblical institution of marriage and family. 

Elopement Ceremony Package:
$900 (Sun-Thurs. Only)

  • Ceremony bench (6) seating for 30
  • Your choice of ceremony site
  • Day of coordinator
  • Access to restrooms (supplies furnished by venue)
  • Access to property for 2 hours (for light décor, ceremony and pictures…no alcohol or food)
  • Access to numerous “photo ops” around property, to include daybed & “Grover” (vintage red truck)
  • Use of rustic cedar arbor

Additional requirements (NOT included in package.)

  • “Day of” event insurance from WedSafe.com including $1 Million liability insurance AND alcohol coverage if adding on “Hors d’oeuvres & cocktails”/alcohol is served
  • If added, all alcohol MUST be served by the venue’s choice licensed & insured bartender. See notes below

Notes:

*Time allotment for property usage includes light decorating time and clean up. All guests must be gone from premises by end time or there will be an additional charge of $100/hr. Venue is not responsible for “take down”.  Client is responsible for taking down all decor and items they brought , that do not belong to the venue.

*An event contract with the venue will need to be signed, as well as payment made and an authorization for electronic transfer of funds form submitted, at least one month prior to event. (For incidentals only. Funds will not be transferred unless there is damage and notification to the account holder) 

Add Ons:

-One additional hour without food or drinks…(NO use of grill shack nor summer kitchen) $100

-One additional hour for cake cutting/champagne, light Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails (Must be served by venue’s choice bartender. Vendor will provide contact info.). Shots and Glass bottles prohibited…comes with use of grill shack (with ice machine), as well as summer kitchen & fridge (supplies not provided by venue; clean-up is provided by venue) $250

-Five sets of small bistro tables (seat 4 each, totaling seating for 20) $250

-Two additional ceremony benches $60

DISCOUNT OF $100 GIVEN FOR COUPLES WHO PROVIDE PROOF OF COMPLETED PRE-MARITAL COUNSELING.
Note: There will be an additional Volusia County Sales Tax charge of 6.5%

Intimate Ceremony Package:

$1,500 (Sun-Thurs. Only)

  • Ceremony bench (10) seating for 50
  • Your choice of ceremony site
  • Day of Coordinator
  • Access to restrooms (supplies furnished by venue)
  • Access to property for 3 hours (for light décor, ceremony and pictures). Venue is not responsible for “take down”.  Client is responsible for taking down all decor and items they brought , that do not belong to the venue. 
  • Access to numerous “photo ops” around property, to include daybed & “Grover” (vintage red truck)
  • Use of rustic cedar arbor
  • Access to Summer Kitchen, amenities include:
    ~Commercial Stove with double oven
    ~Refrigerator & TV with Satellite
    ~Patio with fire pit
    ~Two bathrooms with showers
    ~Daybed & seating area

Water’s Edge Wedding Package at Sawgrass Barn:

$4,500 (Sun. – Thurs. Only)

    • 30’x60’ open air barn with an extended courtyard for extra seating
    • West Lawn with games and activities (Light up Corn hole, Yardzee, and Giant Jenga)
    • Tables & chairs for 150 people
    • Ceremony bench seating for 150 people
    • Your choice of ceremony site
    • Air conditioned bridal suite
    • “Day of” Coordinator for bride
    • Grill shack with ice machine
    • Access to Summer Kitchen, amenities include: (Note: This area often used as Groom’s Quarters)
      • Commercial stove with double oven
      • Refrigerator & TV with Satellite
      • Patio with fire pit
      • Two bathrooms with showers
      • Daybed & Seating area
    • Access to facility for 12 hours, ending 11pm at the latest (including time of “take down). Venue is not responsible for “take down”.  Client is responsible for taking down all decor and items they brought , that do not belong to the venue. Note: There will be a fee of $200/hour (charged to the credit card on file) for every hour guests/bridal party remains on the premises after 11:00 p.m.
    • Two hours access for an engagement photo shoot (can be scheduled after booking)
    • Hour and a half access for rehearsal (No sooner than 48 hrs. prior to day of event.) Note: Sawgrass Barn available for rehearsal dinner rental for an upcharge.
    • Gift/Guestbook table and cake table
      Various lanterns for décor
    • Golf cart transportation provided for the elderly and those in need
    • Premises and surrounding property will be sprayed for bugs/mosquitos
    • Staff to change out garbage/liners and tidy restrooms from time to time

  • A hired wedding planner and caterer is required for barn rental (special situations can be discussed).

Sawgrass Barn – Large 30×60 Open Air Barn with chandeliers, market lighting, cemented floor and extended rock courtyard.

~Access to Legacy Grounds for an entire 6 hours

    • Authentic Farm tables and wooden chairs for up to 200+ people (can discuss pricing options for addt’l. seating)
    • Ceremony bench seating for 200 people (can discuss pricing options for addt’l. seating)
    • Your choice of ceremony site w/arbors, to include outdoor open-air 30×60 covered barn in case of rain.
    • Lawn games (Light up Corn hole, Yardzee, and Giant Jenga)
    • Grill shack with ice machine (450 lbs. per day)
Access to Summer Kitchen, amenities include: (NOTE: This area can also be used as Groom Quarters)

  • Commercial stove and double oven, refrigerator & TV with Satellite
  • Patio with fire pit, seating area and nearby daybed.
  • Two bathrooms with showers
  • Access to facility for 12 hours, ending 11pm at the latest (including time of take down of all decor and items brought to the venue).
    Note: There will be a fee of $200/hour (charged to the credit card on file) for every hour vendors/guests/bridal party remains on the premises after 11:00 p.m.
  • Two hours access for engagement photo shoot; includes access to vintage truck (sched. after booking)
  • Hour and a half access for rehearsal (No sooner than 48 hrs. prior to day of event.) Note: Sawgrass Barn available for rehearsal dinner rental for an upcharge.
  • White Buffet (dresser style) for cake table, etc. & Vintage sewing machine table for guest registry, gifts and 3 vintage/farm industrial high tops (2 with pig feeder base and 1 with creamer…VERY UNIQUE!)
  • Various lanterns for décor; two tables for misc. use.
  • Premises and surrounding property will be sprayed for bugs/mosquitoes, etc.
  • Golf cart transportation provided for the elderly and those in need.

  • “Day of” event insurance from WedSafe.com or Eventsure.com, including $1 Million liability insurance AND alcohol coverage (host liquor liability), as well as naming the venue/owners additionally insured.
  • All alcohol to be served by venue’s preferred bartender (venue will provide contact info.) Glass bottles and shots prohibited. Last call for alcohol will be 30 minutes prior to the end of your event.
  • A certified security guard is required for all events (venue will provide contact info.)
  • A hired wedding planner and caterer is required for white barn rental (special situations can be discussed)
